Just the housekeeping service is not at the level of a five stars hotel: in 9 nights, we received just 3 turndown services (and, differently from the previous years, without any 'little gift' such as chocolates or 'Elemis' branded amenities). The suite was quite in order (just the Nespresso machine was out of order) and elegantly decorated, and in particular it was very spacious the personnel in the hotel and in the lounge was friendly, polite, very professional and recognized us as 'usual guests'.
As Ambassador we received a room upgrade, from a Club Room to a Club Suite. As our usual Christmas holiday, we went to UAE, and for the 4th year to IC Dubai Festival City too.
